Starting with Level 1, use 2-3 times a week for 2 weeks before proceeding to the next level. After completing all 4 levels (8 weeks) stop using for 2 to 3 weeks and then start over at Level 1.

This is no miracle product, but it is fun to use. You get to adjust a little dial and depending on what stage you're at, different concentrations of white and grey matter come out. It feels gritty, but unlike most coarse exfoliaters, the "grit" in this product is very very fine, almost like sand. The first time I used it, my face turned red for half an hour or so, but was extremely smooth. Maybe I rubbed the most vigorously the first time, but i haven't noticed such dramatic results in subsequent uses.

I use this in conjuction with the retexturizing peel. Maybe 2 to 3 times a week. My face is smooth. My blemishes have diminished, no more oily skin. Great for people over 40!

This product does a great job removing dead skin cells. My face has never felt smoother.
